If I have 13 caps of cephalexin perscribed to me in 2002 can I take them now for my sines infection?

No. Get a new prescription.
Turn in these meds to a pharmacist who will destroy them the right way. Don't flush them down the toilet or throw them into a river. The chemicals will go into our water supply.
No, I would not take those as they are now 6 years old and have expired. They could either not be strong enough or could cause serious side effects.
If your sinus infection is a virus rather than a bacterial infection, they will not make a difference anyway. Viruses cannot be cured with antibiotics. You need to visit your doctor for a proper exam and diagnosis.
