OK... so saw this movie as a child and me and my brother have been trying to find it for along time... know some parts but not all... little summary of the movie:

About a guy who knows some sort of martial arts and.. I know people try to kill him but he fights them off but the keys that I think may trigger the title... the style of martial arts he does he also does with friends but they never hit each other just pretty much do moves together... also the song I remember goes like... bonnonaway, bonnonaway bon na... ooooo oooo... thats the best I can do for now... also I think at the beginning starts with sun rising or setting... this was on cinemax quite a bit and thinking early 90s

From your description it sounds like it's either Karate Kid or Kickboxer. It probably isn't as those are popular titles and you would be able to remember them.
