I have a 2003 Tacoma 4x4 TRD?
1. How often do I have to replace cap and rotor?
2. How often do I replace Anti-freeze?
3. How often do I replace Trans fluid?
4. I do running around town driving, I have 55.000 miles, bought used Certified with 43,000------- Don't really know what had been done prior as maintenence??

1. How often do I have to replace cap and rotor?
This vehicle doesn't have the standard cap and rotor secondary ignition, thus minimizing "tune-up" maintenance to spark plug replacement at 30,000 or as necessary. Inspect/replace the air filter as necessary.

2. How often do I replace Anti-freeze?
Replace at 60,000 miles. I also recommend the Radiator cap.

3. How often do I replace Trans fluid?
Normal service - Inspect at 30,000 mile intervals.
This also applies to the Differential and Transfer case fluids.

Timing belt replace at 90,000 miles.

You've got a very nice, low-maintenance truck. With minimal routine maintenance, should last a very long time... I'm currently shopping for a Pre-Runner.
