I saw a clip from this TV programme. Two girls, who work together, have a fight in the office. Their boss, Mark Harmon, walks past and helps to separate them. One of the girls gets into the lift. Also in the clip are two guys who also work in the office. They record the fight on their mobile phones. I would like to know the episode number and season number.

I looked online under Google for "NCIS Cat Fight Episode" and the most that came up was the Season 4 premier episode called "Shalom"
