I bought my daughter an IPOD Nano for XMas and I keep getting a message that I neeed to download itunes 7.5. When I try, I get a messgae that the signature cannot be validated. When I contacted Apple, they told me to uninstall itunes. When I try to uninstall itunes, I get a message that I do not have administrator privlidges. I have contacted HP to help me enable the administator account and have gone through all of their steps and still cannot make it work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
