Cold baths/showers are suppose to be good for back pain.
Hylaronic acid may be good if it is due to loss of joint fluids due to age.
Eat fruits and vegetables that contain antioxidents.
Enzymes and omega fatty acid can also help back pain as well.
When your pain is really bad you could use some capsian muscle rub.
If you eat a lot of potatoes, mushrooms, peppers and onions try cutting back on them for a while to see if that makes a difference.
Other than that I would say you need to check with a doc or a good chiropractor that will find out specifically why you are having back pain.
