My stink stack on my roof is covered with snow,should I be concerned?

As a rule the warm air from the vent will melt the snow and let it drip down the into the sewer. If your fixtures began to run slow the vent could be iced up bbut that doesn't happen very often. Don't sweat it until it gives you a problem.

Tom is correct. You might not be able to see it from trhe ground but I wager that the stack is not really sealed completely with snow. It can build up on the edges and appear to be capped, but it isn't.
