What's been four weeks? If you mean that you stopped taking the pill in order to get pregnant, it's going to take some time for it to clear your system. The best thing you can do is stop thinking about getting pregnant and just concentrate on having a good time. Thinking about it too much causes stress and stress will slow everything up. Relax, enjoy yourself. It'll happen.

It takes most couples about 1 year to become pregnant, very rarely will it happen within 4 weeks.

Healthy couples average anywhere from 6m to 1y before conceiving. Are you taking prenatal vitamins to prepare your body for baby?

Once you've been trying for one year, you should both visit your doctor for a fertility check up. Until then, don't worry!

Very few people get pregnant the first try. When you use protection or because for a long time its normal to think any slip up or trying will result in pregnancy. You are normal.

It's been 4 weeks since you started trying? You have only been trying a month?

Most women don't even find out they are pregnant until WAY past 4 weeks. Most healthy couples take up to a year of actively trying before becoming pregnant.
