OK I'm going to try and describe this movie the best way I can... im basically going off my memory of the movie.
OK the movie I think is in the late 80's, or it might have been the 90's... I remember the movie starts like a comic book and its about this guy that likes this girl and in the movie I think he dies (im not sure), but he comes back to life but I don't remember if he remembers if he died or if he comes back alive thinking he never died, and in the movie his body starts falling apart and like he has to do something so that he could come back human again (something like that) but anyway I think the girl he liked starts liking him and I think they were going to go to prom together but something happen and the guy end up killing somebody (I think it was some jock that was dating the girl) by accident that was attacking him and I think he killed him with a shotgun but the whole town found out or something like that and the town was coming after him and he ran up to this like doctor that he knew, and the doctor he goes to see stay in like castle type place and when he get to the doctor he blocks the door and the people where trying to bust in, but throughout all of this his body is still falling apart, then like the girl thought he was going to died for real and she starts crying and stuff then all I remember is at the end I think they end up going to prom and the movie ends like a comic book... see throughout the movie the guy is narrating and I think when the scenes would change the last scene would flip like a comic book into the next scene

Sorry if I wasn't specific enough and if I was all over the place but I was only going off my memory of the movie but if you can remember the name that would be great:D

Sounds like My Boyfriend's Back (1993) (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0107626/) but there are a lot of zombie movies (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_zombie_films) out there. :)
