Help out. Carrying things up and down stairs (if you have them) is good exercise. Pushing the vacuum around can burn up a lot of fat. Stand whenever possible, you will burn more calories than if you are seated. Get things for others, tell them not to get up. Then, run to get what they need. Rest if you need to but get up again and don't get stuck in a chair, anywhere.

There's a lot of things that you can do to lose weight, and most of them don't involve outside activity, First make sure your eating the right foods and the right quantity of foods, smaller portions of healthy foods, not fried, presweetened, overly salted/ or sugary snacks and cut out processed foods. Cut out all high fructose corn syrup/. Presweetened drinks, drink lots of water, or 100% fruit drinks. Start your metabolism off right- Eat a healthy breakfast, whole grain cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit... snack on fruits, veggies, small amounts of nuts and seeds. With each meal have protein, veggies and fruits along with whole grain products like wheat, cereal, rice, breads or pasta. You can run or walk in place, do body twist, side bends, crunches, pullups, pushups, sit ups, jumping jacks, (use resistance bands for added resistance), or use weights, bar bells, dance, or kick box to music. The key is to start with small changes and to exercise 4-5 times a week, for 30-60 minutes each time, ( or work up to it! )
But you have to have some form of exercise everyday.

Well I am eating rice everyday but the food in the rice I think is not good for me
How old are you? How much do you weigh? How much do you want to lose? And, why can't you go outside?

If it's brown rice, great, what foods, do you mean are in the rice? If it's a prepackaged rice, maybe not as healthy as what you can make yourself. White flour products are not as healthy as brown (whole grains, wheat), so I would switch to brown rice, wheat breads, rice, and cereals. Rice is great but it's not a complete food. You need some protein whether it be 3 oz. of chicken, loin type meats, turkey breast or fish added to it, along with some veggies. ( Kind of like a stir fry mixture.) If the problem is you don't like outside activities, that's one thing. But even just walking up and down your block for about 1 hr. will help in your quest to get healthy, and then you may actually enjoy it!

You may have heard this before, bit depending on your age, it might all happen naturally as you get a little older.
Of course, I'm not suggesting that you go out and eat whatever you want and sink into an unhealthy lifestyle. When I was around 13 I was a chunky kid. I had pretty bad self esteem, and felt (and was called) fat and ugly.
Suddenly, a few things began to change. I started to lose weight, and started to look different. I joined track (still heavy) and by the time the season ended I weighed a great deal less.
If I were you, because you are just a kid, I wouldn't concern myself with being "skinny." Focus more on being healthy. For example, don't avoid doughnuts and cookies because you want to be skinny. Avoid them because you want to be healthy. Eat more carrots and get more exercise to increase your wellness and fitness. The rest will follow, and you'll begin to lose weight. Whatever you do, do NOT starve yourself. Remember, you're probably still growing and good nutrition is important. Just try to cut out/limit the sweet and fattening junk food.
Good luck, and try do your best. Don't compare yourself to others. :D
Hope I helped some! Don't let anything hold you back!
