I have a 15" LCD Polaroid monitor that has only been moved from one room to the other. Once it was moved I plugged it in and got the message: "No Signal". How or what can be done to resolve this issue if possible? The monitor is only 4 months old.

Is your monitor plugged into your computer -- check

To make sure -- the problem is not the monitor
