The start up cost for a home care agency can vary. It can cost $500- $150,000 and over depending on several factors. Franchises are expensive and usually don't deliver and you are limited. If you are a home based agency as opposed to an actual office, you save on rental space and utility cost. Payroll is always the biggest expenses.
