Hi everyone,
I've been using this whirlpool dryer for about 4 years now. Its model number is ler3624bw0 . All the sudden it stop working.
When I push the start button, it make a humming noise. Sound like "Ehhhhh" then it never start. I follow the link Part Advantage :: Category Search (http://www.partadvantage.com/store/categories/wp/LER3624BW0) to see a sketch parts and follow to open the top cover where the start button is. I noticed when I press the start button, a light in the back flash (it was green light). I smell something is burning also. Not sure what it is.
I checked the door and its working fine. I don't think it is the door problem because the dryer actually get the humming noise when I press start.
I know nothing about gas dryer. Please help.
