How long would it take to get the marriage license if you have a courthouse wedding? My girlfriend and I need to pull off getting the license, the marriage, and getting the certificate within 24 hours. Forget about the waiting period.

You are only 17, (other posts give the age), you may need permission from both parents to get a marriage license up to the age of 18.
I'm sorry, but very few places can you get married within 24 hours of applying for a license, unless of course you go to Vegas, but even then you are only 17.
