I have a steel kitchen sink. For last two days it is throwing back the soapy water while doing dishes. Clean cold and hot water are drainging perfectly. I bought a new assembly and changed all the joints or pipes under the sink. There is no choking or any sign of any residue or waste in any of the part. Still in new parts also the soapy water is over flowing from the small vent tube(I really don't know what to call it?)It is on the top pipe joint under the sink going side ways. It is about 1and half inch in size. The soapy foam is getting out of this little part. What is the problem, please let me understand.

Your problem is a clogged dishwasher counter top air-gap,(see image) We do not install counter top air-gaps. We have found that a counter top air-gap will generate more service calls then a high loop air-gap, (see image)
You now have a choice. You can clean out the openings of the counter top and hiope it doesn't happen again or you can remove the counter top air-gap and replace it with a chrome cock hole cover and then install a high loop.
A high loop air-gap consists of simply looping the discharge hose as high up in the cabinet as it will go and securing it with a pipe strap or band iron. You may have to replace the washer drain hose to do this but you will be assured that the counter top floods will disappear. Good luck, Tom

I am repeating my question here. I do not have a dishwasher connected to my kitchen sink. But Still the tailpiece is not the one meant for kitchen sink one, it is one with branch perhaps called branchtailpiece. Let me make it clear, the soapy water is overflowing from this little branch. It is a PVC branch tailpiece about 5 and half oro six inches long. Should I change the tailpiece, I mean the one meant for kitchen sink only without a branch? Because I donot have a dishwasher. One more thing, why this never happened in last 5 years, my dish washing detergent has always Ultra-Dawn Brand. I also treated my sink with Draino Gel and tried to make sure there is no choking or waste in the piipes. Please answe my question one more time.

Anuradha, by posting your question a second time you have lost Tom the plumber. You should have simply responded in the blank box immediately after Tom's last response to you. You can go back and still do that if you'd like.

Anuradha, You have options here. You may cap the branch of the tailpiece off or you can replace the branch tailpiece with a regular tailpiece. Good luck, Tom
