Has anyone installed a short shifter kit in a 97-01 Honda Prelude? Im looking for a solid kit that significantly shortens my throws... thanks!

I doubt anyone here drives a Honda Prelude.
Your best bet would be searching on the Google for exactly what you have written - short shifter installation honda prelude. I know you will get many results, since I found the same info for my Civic.
As for which short shifter would shorten your throw the most... your best bet is finding a more specialized Honda forum, and asking your question there.
