I took clomid to get pregnant. I am now 6 weeks and 4 days. At approx. 4 weeks I had a progesterone level and it was 42 ng/mL. At 5 weeks and 3 days the progesterone level was repeated and was 33 ng/mL. I am worried about miscarriage. I know it is still within normal levels for 1st trimester pregnancy, but I didn't think it dropped like this. Is it normal for the level to fluctuate like this? Any info is appreciated. Thanks.

Hi. I see that your question went unanswered on this site. Did you get an answer? I am in a similar boat and am worried. I had a m/c a few months ago and am now about 5 weeks. At 4 weeks, my progesterone was 42.5. A week later it went down to 23. I see that people have small fluxuations, but 20 points is pretty big. Anyone with a similar experience?
