I'm 13,ever since my 13th b-day I've been having dreams which eventually come true and when I was 8 I got mad when my grandma wouldn't let me have ice-cream for supper,at that exact moment my plate lifted into the air and went flying into the wall. The weirder thing is that my grandma wasn't scared it was like she expected it.I haven't done anything like that lately though.I think I lost my powers.(if they were powers)

As far as dreams come true. Yes, in a sense you are.

It happens especially at the teenage years, many believe it is because of the changes in chemistry of the brain during puberty.

I have had many dreams come true since I was a teenager, so Yes. I believe that if you are experiancing this it is absolutely true.

Nothing to be sad about or embarrassed about, it happens to more people then you think.

Have a talk with your Grandmother about it. Now that you're older she may be able to shed some light on the subject.

It's happened to me, the dreams anyway. It's good to write your dreams down, while you're still half asleep. By the time we are fully awake, parts of it are gone.

There are a lot of things that happen that are inherent from generation to generation. All of us are born with the ability to be perceptual, some people are able to use it more than others. I've had a lot of dealings with dreams and then they come true. Or dreams, once interpreted, that have a lot of meaning. Dreams, I believe, are actually part of the subconscious working when we sleep. I'm really not sure about moving an object, however, I have heard of this. It is probably a good idea to talk with your grandmother. I know that the capabilities I have actually go way back farther than my great grandmother. When you dream, it is a good idea to write down what you remember. Sometimes we don't remember a dream. I've also heard dreaming in color is a sign you are a much more perceptive person. I dream in technicolor!! Sometimes my dreams are almost like a movie, but are extensions of me. For instance, I recently dreamed I was in a unfamiliar house, and there were cobwebs EVERYWHERE. I kept thinking, my gosh, what a terrible housekeeper I am. I MUST clean up these cobwebs. Well, I've recently gone through a very hard period in my life and I think that was the meaning of my dream. Tidy up the loose ends. There are lots of resources on the internet and good books that will break down what a dream could mean. No matter what you do, keep your heart and thoughts pure and know there are heavenly angels around you to guide you. God Bless.

Sounds to me like if she was expecting it she either has the powers and knows you do too or she made the plate do that and left you to believe your anger did.

There are many things that can cause clearly impossible things such as this to seem like they actually happened. As an 8 year old, how good were your observation skills? If, IF, this event really occurred (The number one cause of paranormal phenomena is people making things up) there may have been other things in the room, other factors.

Your memory has definitely been shifted over the years, it is accepted that memories change with time and experience, perhaps this is influencing your memory of the event.

You may also be mis-remembering, as you were quite angry at the time. Mis-remembering is not unheard of, and is the mind confusing the details of an event, melding them together, in a time of anger, crisis, sadness, etc.

A good example is seeing a person's nametag and then believing you remember them saying aloud their name.

I have never witnessed actual moving objects. The defination of moving objects with the mind is Telekinesis. Also known as psychokinesis.

You might also want to study the family background. Does your mother or father have these capabilities. Study the Work with something simple. Plates, especially good china, are expensive. Somewhere I heard of this guy bending spoons with his mind.

Have you ever heard of Chris Angel!! He rocks. He is an illusionist... I think that is a little more technical than a magician... Chris Angel "MINDFREAK" very interesting stuff. He levitates and moves stuff, right before your eyes. I believe his is slight of hand, but he's pretty convincing.

Henry Ford said "whether you think you can or can't, either way you are right."
