Hello,
I need a professional advice regarding my skin problem.
I have pimples on my head, on my face and on my chest. I am 30 year old married guy. Somebody told me that they will disappear after marriage but it didn't happen.
The problem increases and they start itching if I eat fish, beans, red meat or eggs etc. I mean I can't eat hot stuff. I just have to eat vegetables etc to stay cool and avoid such problem.
These appear and disappear from time to time.
Somebody told me it is related to my stomach. I don't know what to do.
Please advise what I should do to get rid of these.
Thanks and regards,
Jawad.

Jawad, I would recommend that you see a dermatologist.

You have two separate problems, I guess. Hypersensitivity reaction & Acne. Are you prone to breakouts? The back, face & chest are acne prone areas. I would suggest you use some medicated soap & a washcloth on your back & chest 2 times a day. The washcloths that have a kind of rough texture can be found on Asian stores. I suggest you check them out. As for your face, do try to clean them 3 times a day. Pollution is too much nowadays that your regualr soap & water wouldn't suffice. Try some facial washes & scrubs targeted mainly for acne. Good products I have tried are L'oreal Purezone facial wash, St. Ives Medicated Apricot scrub & Clean & Clear facial wash. Find a product that works best for you. As for the hypersensity reaction, I suggest you get a prescription for some anti histamines like Cetirizine or Loratadine. Foods to avoid would include eggs, crabs, shrimps, chocolates & chicken. Some have reactions to fish too as well as some artificial flavorings. Hope I am of help.:)

I have several places for you to find information. First I trust a website called the Cosmetic cop (http://www.cosmeticscop.com), you can type in any type of skin condition or products and get a lot of medical information and recommeded products. Also I here is a site specifically for men's facial issues http://antiaging4men.com and one for acne problems http://preventacne.net. All of these sites provide very helpful information. It is also important to remember that skin takes a very long time to heal, some times months, sometimes even year, so have patience.

Do not use apricot scrub or any kind of scrub on your face or any area that has acne!! The scrub spreads the bacteria that is not killed. If you want to trat acne use a silsylic acid to dry it and benzol peroxide to kill bacteria. Use a loofah for dead skin. I suggest cetaphil wash and moisturizer.

That previous answer was to clerify what a someone said earlier. Anyway I suggest you use a retinoid cream or accutane. That sounds like it would do the trick. Just remember to take probiotics for antibiotics if you take those and protect your liver from all those harmful creams.
