I have 2 outsatdnaing credit card debs that are about 80 days past due each now (totalling $12,000.00 plus). Calls have been coming in for collection but have recently stopped. What actions are my creditors possibly taking at this time. One is already in a collection agency, but they also haved ceased calling. Can I be sued or will these debts be charged off. SOL in my state is 4 years. Thanks

They can go to collections and into law suits and be charged off.
Charge off does not mean they will stop collection and you don't owe it, charging off is merely a tax situation where they take the debt and clear it as a bad debt, then if and when they latter get it from you, they have to reclaim it as income.
So being charged off does not protect you at all.
They may be transferring them to a more active collection agency. And/or they are turning them over to agencies with attorney to sue you for a judgement.
But almost for sure they are not going to do nothing. They may wait a while but they will sue for judgement prior to SOL.
