Hi everyone I have question about a no fault accident.. I was driven the ice storm that we had in New Jersey and my truck hit a ice patch and spun out doing a 360 into the guard rail my air bags and everything deployed etc... no other cars was involed thank god but the truck I was driven was damged pretty good.. does that sound like a no fault claim? Also keep in mind the truck is my friend not mine and I'm not under her insurace... thank you for your in advance

First there is almost always fault, I am sure the owner of the vechile and/or the truck insurance company will want to know if you were going too fast for conditions, also if you were not authorised to drive the vechile under the owners insurance it is possible they will just refuse the claim.
For too many unkowns ot be sure

Fault is not an issue here. You were driving, you were responsible. If his insurance doesn't cover you, you are responsible.
