So I have somewhere to go this Sunday that I can not bring my almost(3) month old Morkie(yorkie/maltesepuppy... is it Ok if you leave him in a cage, with food and water? If yes... for how long

They will do fine 4-5 hours without food and water. Longer than that with food and water, and it may have to relieve itself in the crate.

I have it much easier than most, being allowed to take my puppy most places. If I can't bring my puppy, don't count on seeing me. Our old, retired dog guide has lost all her access rights, but we can nearly always drop her off with her old partner. We have other sitters we can use too. Sometimes we bend the rules and take her.
