I am trying to find out if there is a professional way of keeping track of production for services rendered if you are doing pro-bono work for 30 days? Is there a form that have information required for doing free service and to produce when term has ended?

Setting up an Excel spreadsheet is the way the I would go with this, although others might have their own ideas concerning other programs. It is fairly easy to set up an Excel spreadsheet for such purposes. Also, I don't think that there is any set way to do it. It depends on the circumstances of the business and what business it is that is being set up for said pupose.

There are quite a few programs out there for the PC and the Mac; if you're a PC user, you can search for "time tracking" on Download.com (http://www.download.com) where you'll find programs like this one:

Time Tracker - Reviews and free Time Tracker downloads at Download.com (http://www.download.com/Time-Tracker/3000-2350_4-10753673.html?tag=lst-3)

You can do the same search for mac software at MacUpdate (http://www.macupdate.com). Obviously, an Excel spreadsheet would do the trick, too (what these other programs buy you are reporting and invoicing capabilities, easy tracking by projects, "stopwatch" capabilities for tracking time, etc. that you wouldn't get with a spreadsheet).
