My aunty has several(20-40) cats at her house(she lives in a small town with zillions of cats) she has 2 indoor, and ten outdoor(that she feeds/sees regulary, there all kind of friendly, but recently one of them had kittens(3) one has distemper, and it is the one I LOVE he is friendly cute, and lovable, they are outside since she cannot have anymore than two in her house. The outside ones are strays, but the mayor tells her to just shoot them. I want to know what I can do to help the(2 month old) kitten from dying! His sister, brother, mom, dad, or any cat that she feeds, doesn't have it.( he sniffles, sneezes, SKINNY, is it even distemper) :(

I bet it's not distemper. There are many viruses cats can catch and carry, and I have never seen a cat with distemper.Cats can get distemper, but it is not very common.Calicivirus is a very common cat sickness, and a new strain has evolved that is resistant to antibiotics.Feline leukemia is also a possibility, but bloodwork is the only way you will get a definite answer. If you cannot afford to spend a fortune on your kitty, you need to call a vet that will work with you about money and the least expensive tests you can run.
