With arthritis and fribromyalgia, and degenerative spine almost everything hurts. When I take 5 mg of valium, I can vacuum, wash the floor, even wash the tiled ceiling in my house all in one day. It hurts more the next day, all muscles on strike, but sometimes it's worth it to see the results. When I don't take one, I don't care about chores, but when I take one, I cannot sit still and need to do chores - so they are beneficial in many ways. I was warned that they are addicting, but at my age and with my type of cancer, I told the doctor that I don't give a darn, and they agreed. Funny, when I show them my CT, blood test and x-ray results, they all of a sudden are ready to prescribe anything I want, and even offer morphine, which I refuse to take because I want to keep a clear mind for as long as I can. So, life goes on, the meds I choose help, and I hope I last until the spring - so you guys better do a lot of finger-crossing for me, OK?

If you have Firefox, you can go there and look for addons, they have the same but tell you it's for gmail, etc.

But, just remember that you have to 'allow' your explorer to allow the cookies and claim the site as a 'safe site' in the security section of internet options, otherwise your browser or operating system security app might get rid of them as they do with adware. CBW, Along with the normal stuff that comes with Vista and the manufacturer, I have MS Office, Acrobat Professional, Corel Draw Suite, Paintshop Pro 9, game from BigFish and Real Arcade, and expensive Ontrack backup software on here, and the only problem I have had was with my CD-DVD burning software NERO 7 Premium lately, and they are telling me it is because I need a firmware update. All my other PCs are fine and also have the smileys. Can you give me an example of what type of damage can be done? If there is a risk of some real damage, then I too will uninstall.
