My fiancé wouldn't put the condom right from the beginning and lately I had this paranoia that I can get pregnant from the pre-ejaculate because I know it contains sperms. The last time we had sexual contact was the first day after I finished my period... could I be pregnant?

I have to agree with Fr_Chuck 100%. Culturally, some place a lot of emphasis on the hymen as "true virginity" but penetration itself = sex in many opinions.
