I heard you have to lose weight before
Working out, cause if you don't...
You're body fat will turn to muscle...
True?
At first you will gain a bit of muscle, but if you keep working at it you will start to loose weight. But you will gain a bit at first
You cannot lose weight before working out because you have to work out to loose weight

It is good to get your system cleaned out somewhat with a healthy diet plan a little before you try exercising because when you exercise and you have bloatiness and so forth it is harder on you physically. Work your way up to exercising, don't over do it.
Try the burst exercises to get your body accustomed to exercise. 10 minute exercises every other day.

Start by getting a physical check up. You can begin moderate exercise immediately such as walking. Be sure you have proper foot wear. Fat does not "turn to muscle" fat turns to energy that your body will burn when you start burning more calories than you consume. Easiest, cheapest weight loss plan, write down every single thing you eat and drink, except water. Eating is like using a credit card, when the bill comes you will swear that someone stole your credit card. Eat what you want, just write it down. Once a week step on a scale, if you have gained weight, check out everything you ate and it is very obvious. Becoming aware of what and how much you eat will guide you to impose self control.

Well... the intent of saying fat can "turn into" muscle really should be said correctly and with the proper context.
A 350 lb obese man who works out will not be a 350 lb muscle bound freak.
When you work out you are likely to gain some muscle weight and lose some fat weight... so some say don't be frustrated if you don't always see the lbs drop as fast on the scale, since you might be losing more fat than you think, while strengthening your body with a little muscle gain.
Look... you need to do as mentioned. Always approach starting an exercise routine patiently. There's no need to try to run a marathon. Walk. Stretch A LOT. Get things moving.
But don't think for one minute that you need to shed the lbs before excercising, except in the extreme cases. If you just think you have a little weight that you'd like to lose, start by just doing more of what you are doing. You walk around throughout the day... take an extended walk.
If your physical condition is more severe, talk to your doctor. In some cases it can be better to try to lose some weight first, or to try other types of exercise, such as swimming, that can keep pressure of the joints but still give you the workout.
As mentioned, if you just aren't sure how to proceed, talk to a doctor for a plan that makes sense for you.

Lowering body fat percentages comes from healthy foods, in the correct portion size, along with exercise. This way you will lose weight slowly and keep it off, When you lose weight slowly you are lowering your body fat and this will help give you permanent weight control, limiting weight regain. It is possible to gain weight when you first start working out, because your gain muscle, generally it's ony 2-3 lbs, this gain includes a increase in blood volume. So it's not all bad. Fitness is a lifestyle, you have to eat lean, healthy foods and exercise for the best results, they go hand in hand! Exercise 3-4 times a weeks, cut out all junk food, eat whole grains, lean meats, veggies, fruits, legumes and beans, nuts and seeds, cut out fast, fried, high sodium or sugar foods and with time and patience you will see a difference.
