Hey all,
I'm planning to install a reverse osmosis system in my kitchen. The instruction suggest I have the waste water line go directly into the drainage pipe and it comes with a saddle clamp with opening for tubing to discharge waste water. It would be easy if my pipe was PVC, but it's metal. I not sure if it's brass or copper but it's quite thick. Should I attempt to bore a small hole or just extend the waste water tubing out under the counter and into the sink's drain. This is my first attempt of plumbing in my house so I'm a little hesitant. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.
