I am trying to make sure I eat something every morning with my eat healthy diet
Even if it is jelly toast. I don't like bagels.
I am getting a little tired of eggs and potatoes in every way, shape and form. Need some variety.
I also eat oatmeal and grapefruit or homemade applesauce sometimes.
I would like some suggestions on some other breakfast ideas.
Don't really eat much cereal.

You could always make your own musilli with your favourite dried fruits and nuts it always tastes a dam site lot better than bought that's for sure.

Hello N0:

A very healthy friend of mine once told me to eat dinner for breakfast. I do. It used to make me feel guilty. I don't know why, but it did. Now it doesn't. I love a big juicy steak for breakfast.

Of course, my habits may not be for everyone...

That's true, but just imagine how quick and easy dinner will be. I love pancakes for dinner.

Ex

Try crêpes for dinner
I love chicken crêpes
Mix chicken with condensed cream soup, sauteed onions, celery, etc...
Spoon in crêpes and top with more condensed soup and top with cheddar cheese
Heat/melt cheese.

Thanks will try that too.
The acidophilus pills don't seem to do much for me and that is one thing I would rather get in my foods.
I take the supplements for anti oxidents cause I don't care for a lot of green veggies like broccoli and artichoke, etc...
