Hi... I'm in Alberta Canada.. I can't make my payments on my vehicle loan so I called them and told them to come and get it... the ladie on the phone said they would bring me to court and that they never lose in these situations... should I be worried?

The way they do it where I live is they auction it off and then you are responsible for the difference. Like if you were suppose to pay $20, and you have $10, into it and they sell it for $6, you will be responsible for the $4,

But can they win in court for the rest?. like take my wages and stuff?

I am not sure exactly how they will take the payments it might be up to the Judge
but I have heard of people who get a lump sum of money like income tax return or inheritance and they take it all out of your account. IF they do take it out of your wages I think it would be in payments if you don't make that much.

Yes of course, if you owe 10,000 on the car to them, they will sell it, add the cost of the sale and apply what they get to this amount.
So if it sells at auction for 6000, then you will still owe them 4000 and they will take you to court, it is fairly automatic and yes they can come after your pay according to the rules of your area.
