When I email a photo many other pics are attached to it from sites I have visited on the net.

If you're visiting sites that do those kinds of things, you need to stop visiting them, that's not the only bad thing that will come of it, they can cause viruses, and spyware, adware, and other things that suck really bad. If you are a beginner at computrs, you may need professional to help you, it may be a virus, may be malicious software, you may even need to edit your registry to get rid of it, it's hard to say just from hat you said... don't attempt to fix it yourself, get some assistance from someone who know what they are doing.
