Monday night when I got under the covers a mystery happened(to me).I was on my back and was looking at my covered feet. The end of the bed on one side of my feet moved. Then it would be like a cat purring but much stronger.Pushing the bed on one side to the other of my feet.I jumped out of bed to see what animal was there. There was no animal or anything else.
I went to bed without thinking about it.The following night the same thing.I have found out that I can make the bed move with just looking at my feet and say start moving the feet. It is hard to explain what was happening.I hope someone understands what I am saying.I can not see the end of the bed move but I sure can feel it.
Thanks

Hmmmm, interesting. So you think by thinking about it is actually making it happen? Is there any explanations? Health wise or is it something that you think is for sure paranormal. I forget what you call it when your able to move things with thought, it sounds like it is a normal thing to you and that it did not freak you out. Can you move anything else? I am just trying to figure this out, hope you do not mind me asking questions. I am very interested.

I sure don't mind you e mailing me.I will try to explain it some more.I am a 63 year old man that have never made anything move with my mind.I am not sure if the end of the bed is moving.I sure know I can feel the bed move.It was very scary the first three nights.I was afraid that a snake had got into the house. After three nights I new what was happening.I was wondering if it would move if I ask someone to watch it move. All I can see is the back of my covered feet.I am very calm about it now.Sure wish I new what was really going on!!
Thanks for any thought.

There are several explainations.
One: you may have done this yourself, not with your feet, but your mind.
Two: they blanket may have an odd shape in that area, an may do this on its own. Try rotating it next time and see what happens.
Three:ok, I'll admit it, there may be a ghost of some sort. Probably a cat or small dog.

I slept in a house one night that my mom lived in. ONE NIGHT is the key word here. All night long I felt like someone was trying to tickle me and jumping on the bed. Serious. It was very agrivating because I would just doze off to sleep and here it started. I got up the next morning and told my mom I had to go... I had to get out of that house. We didn't talk about the experience until later and I told her what happened. She said there was a ghost of a lady there in the house!!

Another time I was sleeping in a bed in an old farm house that no one lived in. The people that owned it would go over on the weekends to stay. Well, we had to keep a big fire in the fireplace because it was cold. But I kept the fire going all night because there were rats!! They jumped on the bed a couple of times!! I never saw them but that was what the owner said it was.

Also, have you ever been diagnosed with restless leg syndrom??

Thanks for your happenings. What is going on with me started when I was a sleep. Then I jumped out of bed. To see what it was.Now however I have found out that it is me that can control it.I go out at night get under the covers and ask it to start and it does. Now I am not crazy like some think it happens.Last night I took my camera and when I felt it start pushing and moving I took the picture.I will let all know what is any shows up.So it can't be restless leg syndrome. Many people feel strange things happen and can't see it but I have never heard the person can control.

"Bed Moving". I have the answer.

I searched the internet and its amazing the conclusions people come up with. There's a bunch of sites that even believe it's there dead pet ghost jumping on the bed to pay them a visit from the after life.

First time I felt my bed move, like many, it felt like something jumped onto my bed and was walking around on it. It scared the crap out of me. This went on for a while, I then notice after the initial "surprise" of bed movement, the bed then moved in small waves, similar to being on a boat in calm waters.

I've since live at 3 different residence and guess what.. Its happened at all of them. I've also experienced it during the day while sitting in a chair in front of the computer.

So what is it.. Am I going mad.. Your not... Your just an observant person is all! You should be proud, you notice something and feel something that most don't.

The answer is... It's the movement of the earth. If you Google things like Continental Crust, Plates Colliding, Fault Lines, Mantle, Magma. You'll soon see that the earth is a very active place were living on.

I will continue to visit this site in the hope of finding others that have figured it out and also to help others understand the cause of this, since I have not seen anyone get this right.

Im sure that might answer some of the experiences out there. But it can't account for everything.
