Is it true that pregnancy could be confirmed only after at least 40-45 days?

Pregnancy cannot be 100% confirmed except by one of 3 things:

1) Fetal heart rate on a dopplar

2) fetal movements felt by doctor or nurse

3) Fetus visualized by ultrasound.
