Can anyone tell me where the ECM is located on a 98 Honda Accord 2.3L EX 2 door? I purchased the replacement part and was told I would find it under the carpet on the passenger floor board but its not there.

It's likely located midway under the dash on your car. Remember to disconnect the negative battery cable and try to ground yourself, before working on the ECM.
