It's looking for a drive that it can't see... when do you get this error? Have you recently added/removed/etc any CD/DVD drives or hard drives?

If your drive letter has changed (ie. Your CD drive used to be E but now it's F), you can set it here:

Start->Programs->Administrative Tools->Disk Administrator

Right click on the drive you want to reassign and choose 'Assign Drive Letter', pick the letter (E) and choose OK.

Whatever you do, don't reassign your C-drive or anything else with programs installed.

Still, it would help to know when you get the error... if you've removed a hard drive, there might be something in your Startup still pointing to the old drive (assuming you get the error when you turn on the comp).
