I have a question regarding adoption in Canada. I was adopted in the 70s. I have a great family now, but am really beginning to be interested in finding out if my real parent(s) are looking for me. What could the first step possibly be? I have no idea where to even start or begin. Thanks.

First--talk to your "real" (adoptive) parents. They may have information on your biological parents.
You will also need to know the agency you were adopted through, the hospital you were born--facts like these REALLY help your search.
Adoption.com has a great list of suggestions for beginning a search--but really, you should start with getting as much information as you can from your adoptive parents.
