Okay, here goes.
I remember watching this movie on TV a couple of years back, probably about 5-8 years ago. I believe it was a made for TV movie, but I may be wrong. I also believe that it was a true story. I maybe wrong again.
This is the parts of the movie I can remember. Two little boys were somewhere together, like the mall or train station. The older boy tells the younger boy to get lost, or we don't love you. Well the younger boy walks away, because he thinks his family doesn't love him. When he walks away, he gets kidnapped. I think, come to find out at the end of the movie, the younger brother was living only a couple of houses away.
And I also remember them playing basketball at the end of the movie. I think..
