I am the owner of a 5 week old Anatolian Shepherd pup. Although I have had several dogs before, I have never had a puppy. I would like to know what kind of shots and when for her. How about worming, etc. Any advise will be welcomed!

You will have a difficult time of it starting with a 5 week old puppy. I should have stayed with its mother another few weeks. Normally the breeder has the puppies given a combo shot, DLCPP, and wormer at 6 weeks. If you puppy hasn't had any shots, I would call a vet next week and see when the vet thinks it should be done. I usually go along with what the vet wants. They know the local conditions and current problems in your area.
