My wife just recently had her bank accounts frozen from a debt she had before we were married. I need to know if there is any way that they can get to my accounts since we are now married. We reside in Maryland. Also, if we have a joint account can they get to that too? Any help is much appreciated.

Yes, a joint account can be seized; a joint account belongs to both of you, not a percentage to you and a percentage to her.
Your accounts without her name on them cannot be touched - I have seen cases where a wife's paycheck is deposited in an account in just the husband's name and the creditor has tried to move on that account stating the deposits were made for a fraudulent purpose - hiding assets.

MAryland does permit a third party claim against the granishment, as long as you can prove what funds are yours and what part is hers.
