Yes! I just had a baby 6 1/2 months ago. I thought my cycle was back on track, and all the websites said I Ovulate on day 16 of my cycle. We used condoms, well on day 24 of my cycle we were out of condoms and figured it would be okay because according to all online calendars I should ovulate on day 16. So we did the "pull and pray" (we full well knew of pre-ejac but figured I wasn't ovulating) and here I am 12 weeks pregnant and am going to have two kids under the age of two :) So yes you can most definitely be pregnant with pre-ejac.

That is a most positive YES my dear. Pre is almost as good as the real thing. That's why they made the sang "don't be silly wrap your willy" lol. And so of the more noticeable things of pregnancy would be, the times u go to the bathroom, morning sickness, color changing of the nipples(to a brownish color), mood swings, senativity to smell(smell is what gave away now both my pregancies), appitie change, And my fav cravings!

So if your not ovulating and you do tha pull out method you can still get pregnant?
