Different from State to State - if he is serious and not being unduly influenced go back to Court and speak to the Judge. Be aware that if the child is being influenced this can really come back and bite you!

If you are asking at what age a child can terminate a relationship with a parent the answer is at 18.
However, if one is a child of divorced parents and wants to have the custody and/or visitation modified, then an adult would have to file for such a modification in court. The child would be listened to but a judge will make the decision based on the best inteests of the child.

HI,
Me again, thanks but there are a couple of things and I can not find them on the internet. Alberta Canada what is the age for making your own dissions as a child, secondly if we mother and son wants to move out of the county, and we have shared custody what are the changes to get permission from court. His dad has no relationship with his son but do not give permission to go back to europe.

Was very surprised - I thought the age would be LOWER than 18 in some States so I took a look and found out it's 21 in D.C. and I think 2 other States. Off the top of my head I would have argued it's lower in States where you can marry without consent - and it's not and I would have had to eat my words.
Love learning from the answers people post! This one was a surprise to me.

First, please don't start a new thread with a follow-up question, use the Quick Reply option. I've moved your new post here.
As I said you CANNOT make your own decisions as a child. Until you are 18 and considered an adult certain decisions will be made by your parents or by a court.
Second, if there is a court ordered custody or visitation, then you have to obtain permission from the court to make any move that would interfere with those orders.

Just goes to show how crazy quilt are laws are. You can get married at 16 without your parents permission, but you can't choose which parent to live with until you are 18. Doesn't seem to make a whole lot of sense.
