I was talking with some friends and "Toys of the '90s" came up. I remember one toy you were supposed to strangle. It had a human body and head, with a long, thin neck. When you grabbed the neck and shaked his head back and forth, it would make "crazy" noises. There was a big controversy over how this toy would "make" children be more violent, but I don't ever remember hearing about any crimes related to it.

Anyway, no one remembers it and everybody thinks I'm crazy. Is anybody could help, it'd be super-fantastic!

P.S. It's not Stretch Armstrong; four people have already suggested that and it's not him.

Ok, just kidding lol, umm... I think there were a lot of toys like that, except I think they DID actually make children more violent, choking things isn't the answer to stress, and if they stopped making it, it's for a good reason.
