Somebodies car ended up catching on fire. Nothing left to it. Good thing no one was hurt but I would say that this would be considered a bad day gone worse for somebody.

I will have to watch it sometime. You have given me a healthy dose of movies to start watching.

My wife was just at the doctors for cramped muscles in her back and received some good advice;

For lower back; lay on the floor flat, bend your knees and bring your legs up, cross one leg so that your ankle is over the other knee and pull that leg so it twists to the opposite side and repeat then with the other leg. This stretches the lower back muscles. He told her to repeat this three times for each leg and when finished lay there for about 10 minutes to let the muscles relax.

Hope this helps.

Yes we do, and the tree farms are right where I live... It is beautiful, next time I go by the Holly farm, I will take a picture...
We also have this silly sweet little store and it is open year round... sell Christmas items, it is very popular! I got to go for now... See you guys a bit later!
