It all depends on what you want people to hear 3 blocks away, do you want them to hear the music? Or just the bass? If it's bass, throw some Kicker solo-barics in the back, with a Sony or RF amp, and blast away. If you want them to hear the music, you have to shop for some high power 6 1/2's (infinity kappas, Pioneers, Sony's), and a good 4ch amp (RF, Sony) to power those, plus a head unit(Sony, JVC) that has 2 or more pre-outs to hook up the amps. As far as a box goes, if you can't find one that fits your needs, build one.
