Hi all, I am currently 11 w 2 days pregnant, my 1st antenatal checkup is on the 21 nov - can't wait for it:D . Anyway my ? Today is since about ysterday evening I have been experiencing sparks of pain in my lower left abdomen, the pain cums and goes, I haven't called my doctors because I kind of know she'l prob say the baby growing and your uterus expandin thus why, and I kind of thawt that aswel. I was curious as to why and do uz think I should call the docs, also I feel quesy ALL the time but at the same time I'm starvin, is it normal to feel like this so early on in pregnancy

I agree, that it is just the baby growing and stretching your uterus. If the pain ever becomes constant, and doesn't seem to go away, that is when you should call your doctor just to be safe.
As far a feeling sick all the time... that is very normal, and don't be surprised if you starting actually getting sick. Usually this happens around 4-5 weeks, but every woman is different. Try some crackers and clear soda. That should help settle your stomach.
