I just got like so many viruses (about 50) and am now going crazy because none of the virus protection things will help me. I'm beginning to wonder if Best Buy would be able to fix this. But I'm not entirely sure if they do that kind of stuff.

They'd probably be able to help you, but you should change your browsing habits and invest in GOOD protection again after it's cleaned.

Any store will only be able to help you if they have all the tools listed below .Learning to get rid of spyware would help you not depend on anyone and also save you loads of money which would otherwise be spent on people who use the free tools listed below.

Wiping your computer clean is NOT the solution.
Asking /paying someone else to fix the problem is NOT the solution .

I think what you really need is a free firewall Comodo™ Free Firewall Software Download (http://www.personalfirewall.comodo.com/)

It has a learning process where you decide what enters and leaves your computer -- check and allow or deny

Removing spyware and malware should be done in safe mode -- Download anti virus to desktop and run

BitDefender Free Online Virus Scan (http://www.bitdefender.com/scan8/ie.html) This is an online scanner ( need to be in SAFE MODE/with Networking)

Trend Micro HouseCall - Free Online Virus and Spyware Scan - Trend Micro USA (http://housecall.trendmicro.com/)
This is an online scanner ( need to be in SAFE MODE/with Networking)

avast! antivirus software - computer virus, worm and Trojan protection by ALWIL Software (http://www.avast.com/)
Is a very good program and it upadates the data base regularly

AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition - Reviews and free AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition downloads at Download.com (http://www.download.com/AVG-Anti-Virus-Free-Edition/3000-2239_4-10761481.html?tag=pop.software)
Is a good program but can not be run at the same time as Avast -- So you have to chose only one

Download Spybot Search & Destroy 1.5.1.17 Beta - filehippo.com (http://www.filehippo.com/download_spybot_search_destroy/) GOOD PROGRAM
