Can I deer hunt in Michigan during season with a valid hunting license, if I have a felony conviction on my record.

You can get a valid deer hunting license in Michigan so technically you can hunt, but depending on what your felony was for, you may not be allowed to own or possess a firearm, so if that's part of your restrictions, then probably not since you can't have or use the gun.

Yes, You can hunt, depending on your conviction, if it is not a violent crime and your court order does not state you can not be in possession of a firearm, you can lawfully particapate in the Michigan firearm deer season, but you must first purchase a license from your local harvesting retailer.
