Honda Accord 94: My dashboard, taillight and parking light/night light are not coming on. I have changed the fuse what else could be wrong. Note that the headlight which is controlled by the same switch comes on.

The dashboard is on the same fuse as the taillights - (that's an old plan to notify you when your tail lights are dead). The headlights are on a separate fuse. Which fuse did you change?

Check for wear, pitting, or melting.
