What does a Resident Green-Card holder have to do about taxes if he is not living in the United States?

Thank you,

Jessica:

You are considered to be a resident alien and, therefore ALL of your world-wide income IS SUBJECT TO U.S. income taxes.

That means you MUST file an income tax return.
