Please let me know if you know how to download the forms for this program I just joined to send to the Dr. as I am out of some of my important meds. Do I have to wait for the forms sent from the Dr. or may I download them. Thank you

You call their 800 number and they send you the forms. To access the Partnership for Prescription Assistance by phone, you can call toll-free, 1-888-4PPA-NOW (1-888-477-2669). You will be asked what medications you are on now and they will check to see if those medications are covered under their program. If they are, you will get the forms in the mail. Does not take long. Once you get the forms, take them to your doctor(s).
Once that is done and sent back, it is just a matter of waiting (not that long really) and you will be taken care of.
